(भारतीय रेल वाणिज्य विभाग मैनुअल)

Indian Railways Commercial Manual (IRCM) भारतीय रेल के Commercial Department के लिए जारी किया गया आधिकारिक मैनुअल है।
इसमें यात्री यातायात, माल यातायात, पार्सल, टिकटिंग, रिफंड, क्लेम, बुकिंग एवं राजस्व (Revenue) से जुड़े नियम विस्तार से दिए गए हैं।

यह मैनुअल रेलवे के कमाई से जुड़े सभी कार्यों का मूल आधार है।

IRCM का उद्देश्य

• रेलवे के राजस्व को सुरक्षित एवं बढ़ाना

• यात्रियों एवं ग्राहकों को मानक सेवाएँ प्रदान करना
