पार्सल सारांश (Parcel Summary)

1. तैयारी:

   • Parcel Way Bill (PWB) के Guard Foil की मदद से Parcel Summary तैयार की जाती है।

2. Copies:

   • Summary दो प्रतियों में तैयार होती है:
     a. Record Foil
     b. Guard Foil

3. Summary के Upper Portion में लिखी जाने वाली जानकारी:

   • Loading Station का नाम

   • Date (तारीख)

   • Train Number

   • SLR / Wagon Number

4. Summary के Lower Portion में लिखी जाने वाली जानकारी:

   • Forwarding Station का नाम

   • Destination Station का नाम

   • Number of Packages (पैकेज की संख्या)

   • Description of Packages (विवरण)

   • Weight (वजन)

   • Route

   • Parcel Way Bill (PWB) Number

5. Loading के बाद:

   • Parcel Way Bill का Guard Foil और Summary का Guard Foil Guard को सौंपा जाएगा।

   • Guard की Signature Record Foil पर ली जाएगी।
