1. Bulky Articles / भारी सामान

1. Actual weight > 100 kg या weight < 100 kg पर dimension > 100×100×70 cm → Bulky Article।

2. Dimension में ±10% की छूट है, यदि weight ≤100 kg → bulky नहीं।

3. No free allowance, Double normal rate।

4. केवल Brake Van में।

5. 2/3 Wheeler का weight >100 kg → bulky नहीं।

2. Oxygen Cylinder with Sick Passenger / मरीज के लिए ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर

1. Medical Certificate के साथ cylinder + stand, compartment में ले जाने की अनुमति।

2. Medical attendant या nurse की आवश्यकता नहीं।

3. Free Allowance मिलेगा।

3. Television / टीवी

1. Portable TV → 1 per passenger, compartment में।

2. Freight → actual weight या dimensional weight (जो अधिक हो)।

3. Free allowance मिलेगी।

4. Multiple TVs → कोई free allowance नहीं।

5. Large TV → Brake Van, Freight → actual/dimensional weight।

6. Compartment में unbooked detected → 6× luggage rate, minimum Rs. 50/-।

4. Computer / कंप्यूटर

1. Personal computer + accessories → compartment में।

2. Free allowance नहीं।

3. Monitor + CPU अलग, Keyboard + UPS suitcase में।

4. Portable TV → कंप्यूटर के साथ नहीं ले जा सकते।

5. Statues of Different Stones / पत्थर की मूर्तियां

1. Compartment में allowed।

2. Free allowance नहीं।

3. Max Dimension → 26 × 15 × 12 inches

4. Max Weight → 50 kg

6. Musical Instruments / वाद्य यंत्र

1. Compartment में 1 instrument per passenger।

2. Freight → actual/dimensional weight।

3. Free allowance मिलेगी।

4. Multiple instruments → free allowance नहीं।

7. Tricycle / ट्राइसाइकिल

1. 1 per passenger, compartment में।

2. Max chargeable weight → 20 kg

3. Free allowance मिलेगी।

4. Multiple tricycles → free allowance नहीं।

8. Invalid Chairs / दिव्यांगों के लिए विशेष कुर्सियां

1. Wheelchair, push chair, hand-operated tricycles, motorized tricycle/scooter → free जब owner यात्रा कर रहे हों।

2. Compartment में allowed, fellow passengers की consent से, अगर foldable हो।

3. Non-foldable → Brake Van।

4. Govt. doctor certificate compulsory।

9. Un-foldable Cot / असमर्थनीय खाट

1. केवल Brake Van में।

2. Free allowance नहीं।

3. Minimum chargeable weight → 40 kg

4. Compartment में unbooked detected → 6×L scale, onward journey → Brake Van, 40 kg freight। Minimum Rs. 50/-

5. Destination station पर unbooked → 6×L scale, Minimum Rs. 50/-

💡 Exam Tip / याद रखने योग्य:

• Compartment allowed: TV (portable), Personal Computer, Musical Instrument, Tricycle, Statues (small), Oxygen Cylinder (sick passenger)

• Brake Van mandatory: Bulky Articles, Large TVs, Unfoldable Cot, Non-foldable wheelchairs / tricycles

• Free Allowance: Small items in compartment, Tricycle, Oxygen Cylinder, Musical Instruments (1 per passenger)

• Unbooked detected penalty: 6×L scale, Minimum Rs. 50/-
